What was the highlight of hotel MONday Asakusa
Great breakfast buffet Very well positioned, receptionists always helpful and nice
Compared to the rooms average size in Japan this was really spatious. We did not have a closet (which seems quite a standad in Japan hotels) but there was enough place to put our 2 suitcases. The bed was really big (basically the size of two double put together) Bathroom and toilet were super clean and there was in general enough space to move. What we appreciated the most was the breakfast buffet: all you can eat and quality was superb. The same space was also available for take away food during lunch and dinner (the hotel does not have a atering service during the day, only in the morning). There aree also beverages distributors machines and microwave ovens. There were 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers available. Maybe two more wouldn't hurt given the size of the hotel. The hotel is very well positioned in Asakusa . One of thee most important temples in Tokyo is literally less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel and you also have access to bus and metro (in this case you need to walk a little more, 12/15 minutes but you are on Ginza line which is the one connecting all main attractions, sites and JR stations). The receptionists were always very kind. If you decidee to go for the eco clean (basically they just replace towels and empty waste baskets) you also get free water which was a blessing due to the very hot weather. In any case , the cost of water is really low. We had the opportunity to stay in other hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka but this was really the best for us (a family of 4))
Maybe a closet or some drawers for long stays would be appreciated

Exceptional
The staffs are very friendly and responsive to every questions you have. The hotel is located nearby Senso-ji, a little bit far from the nearest Metro station but is pretty convenient by bus. The room is not very spacious but is well equipped with everything you will need for a great night.

Nice stay in Asakusa near Sensoji Temple.
Very good breakfast. Love it! Not that variety but everything tasted good. Japanese food, American breakfast, salad, bread, soup, fruits coffee and Staff were friendly.
Breakfast menu was almost the same every day. ( I stayed three nights.) For those who stay longer may get bored. I wish they have more variety but I still enjoyed it. Room a bit too small.
